Richland County Clerk & Recorder

Richland County Clerk & Recorder (Richland County Courthouse) is located in Sidney, Montana. The project consisted of a complete restoration of the original courthouse, preserving the historicity of the building. The building remained fully occupied during the course of construction. Prairie Engineering provided the design to convert the mechanical system to geothermal. Prairie Engineering’s design also included new lighting, power, and data, along with fully updated plumbing.
