New master control room
Project Overview
A 50,500 square foot addition to the existing Mountrail Clerk-District Court. The justice center contained a new lobby, a complete jail, jury courtroom, and offices for the State’s attorney, clerk of court, and law enforcement.
$23.2 million project start to end. The addition consisted of 20 cells with new master control room, booking area and emergency operations center. A sheriff’s office, jury courtroom, and supporting offices were also added.
We designed HVAC system including snowmelt in sidewalks, plumbing, fire protection, jail security, voice and data systems, lighting, and power including full emergency backup power.
