Project Overview
Ward County Office Building, located in Minot, North Dakota. The facility houses the Ward County Library, Social Services, County Commissioners, and additional county functions.
Mechanical: Prairie Engineering provided the design and construction administration for the heat pump system with natural gas boiler plant and cooling tower. In addition, the atrium features a full smoke evacuation system.
Electrical: Prairie Engineering’s design included innovative LED lighting schemes, and a full building load diesel generator.
